How We Accept Payment
All transactions at checkout are completed through PayPal. By using PayPal you can rest assured that your order will be processed securely. PayPal does not share your sensitive financial details with any third parties. If you already have a PayPal account simply enter your details to complete the transaction. If you are not currently signed up to PayPal you will be given the option to checkout as a guest, all you need to do is simply enter your payment and delivery information and the order will be processed.
All orders within the UK and Europe are free delivery. If you live outside of the UK or Europe Please use the contact us page before purchase and we will be able to advise you on the delivery costs. We will normally dispatch your order the same working day if placed before 12:00PM. However orders can take up to 3 business days to dispatch in certain situations.
Your order will usually arrive within 3 business days after it has been dispatched, however, please allow 7 business days for your order to arrive after dispatch, if you live outside of the UK. Your order may take longer to arrive over a Bank Holiday or the Christmas period.
All orders will be sent using a secure carrier, and are fully insured as a result of this the delivery driver will require a signature upon arrival.
Customs Charges & Tax
Overseas customers should be aware, that we are not responsible for payment of any Customs Duties, fees or Taxes incurred when shipping internationally, these costs will be the sole responsibility of the purchaser.
If you are in any doubt, we kindly recommend that you contact your local authority, to find out all the information regarding this matter before you make a purchase.
The only exception to this policy would be in the event that your order arrived damaged, or defective in anyway.
In this instance, we would cover the cost of any replacements that would need to be sent to you.

If you would like to return the item(s) you have purchased for whatever reason, you are able to do so within 14 days from the date of purchase, providing the item(s) are unused and are in their pre-sale condition and packaging. We will then provide you with a full refund excluding the cost of shipping.
Goods Damaged On Arrival
If your package is noticeably damaged upon delivery make sure when you sign for it that you clearly state this by signing “package damaged” or “contents not yet inspected” this will then inform the delivery company that an insurance claim may follow. Ideally, if you are able to do so you should open the package in front of the delivery driver, and if possible record this on your mobile phone, as evidence should an insurance claim becomes necessary. Hacker & Case are unable to take any responsibility for any items damaged once they have been handed over to the carrier service. However, as previously stated all items are insured and should your package arrive damaged we will be able to make an insurance claim for the damaged goods.
Out of Stock
In the event an item(s) included in your order becomes unexpectedly out of stock we will let you know immediately, we will advise you when the missing items are likely to be back in stock. You then have two options, you can either wait for the items to arrive, or you can choose to have a full refund for the missing item(s).
